Delivery Timeframes

Orders marked “Ready to Ship” are dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 5 additional working days before contacting us.

We ship orders using trusted courier services including Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, and DHL.

Please note that all risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order leaves our premises.

LA.LDN is not liable for courier errors, delays, or missed deliveries.

Shipping insurance is not included.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processes.

Once your order has been dispatched, liability transfers to you as the importer.

You may be responsible for paying local taxes, duties, or customs charges in accordance with your country’s import regulations.

Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier warehouses using FedEx, DHL, or Royal Mail.

Delayed or late deliveries are not considered valid grounds for a refund.

We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
